I've built this platform to help both customers and myself manage gas boiler servicing appointments.
Once you've booked the appointment, it'll be confirmed by phone and email.
On the day of our appointment, I'll phone shortly before setting off to your property to confirm our attendance. Please ensure you answer this call. Unfortunately some customers forget their appointment and our goal is to minimise lost time.
To cancel your appointment, please email admin@iplumbers.co.uk. Please ensure you allow 24 hours for cancellations. Customers who fail to comply with our 24hrs cancellation notice period and, or if during a confirmed gas boiler service appointment the engineers fails to gain access to the property, the customer will incur a £25 administration fee.
